Dispatch is a proactive mine monitoring system for surface and underground mines. It is used for fleet optimisation with the goal of increagin productivity and efficiency.
This consulting project involved the evaluation of the touch screen and desktop user interface for Dispatch for compliance with ISO 9241 standards and recommending changes to design along with redocumentation of relevant user interface standards specifically to be used by the in-house design team.
